Architectural Portraits in Pencil

Highly detailed graphite pencil portraits are the perfect gift for new homeowners, retirees, down- sizing seniors, or for the person who has everything.

All drawings are made from photographs taken either by you or me (additional charge if I take them). If you decide to take your own photos they should be good quality 35mm or digital images. There should be several angles of the building plus a photo of the preferred view as well as up close photos of any details. If there are trees or other obstructions in the way then try to capture the details behind them.

Drawings generally take 4 to 6 weeks for completion depending on size and details. Larger drawings, of course will take longer.

Pricing: 8-1/2” x 11”- $300 (minimum)

11 x 17- $350

13 x 19- $400

16 x 20- $500
Larger sizes, matting and framing- call for quote

A 50% deposit is required for all commissions
